Got some tablets paid for blood test they ran out of bloodtest so theyvssid they give me £20 back most blood test are double that would of been better if they sent me one latter on

Not great. Prescribed drug I indicated I was allergic to. Then second prescription was more expensive. Postage is signed for, but you cannot collect until they have tried twice. Poor value for money

I am still waiting for the rest of my medication. Only delivered the tablets but liver function test as stated when I purchased the medication!!

Good communication and reliability. However, I had not read carefully all the info provided and had expected next day delivery when my order for med was placed on a Saturday. In fact it arrived on Tuesday, because it gets dispatched the following WORKING day. All well and good unless you are in great discomfort. So this NOT an emergency service, just a useful plan B if one wishes to bypass the usual GP surgery appt system. When I raised my concern I received an excellent and courteous reply that clarified the situation. So I recommend it, but beware at weekends if you are in a hurry. Good supply and packaging too.
