So in my experience, registering with the site, filling out the long form, getting a reply and looking for the phone number, all turned out to be a huge waste of my time and energy. Also, date of birth is one of those stupid calenders instead of a proper pick list, so I had to arrow back 59 x 12 months to fill that in, grrr! Took ages and hurt my hand, and I've got a broken wrist! Oh well, guess they don't want the custom.

After reconsideration they said to reorder the medication but it was too late and I’m away on business. Very frustrated.
