Jay Hebert and the Advantage Gold Team did a great job guiding me through the entire process of how to rollover money from a 401k to a Self-Directed IRA, buying the precious metals to include in the IRA and where these would be stored. After some discussion, he worked with me to help choose my metals. He answered my questions and was personable and attentive throughout. He contacted me at several stages of the process to keep me current about what was happening and the next step(s). Overall, I am extremely pleased with how smoothly everything has gone.

After a recommendation from someone I trust, I researched Advantage Gold and reviewed their online reputation. I then reached out and was contacted by Jay Hebert, whom I have to commend for his perseverance. With life getting in the way numerous times, he continued to reach out until we were able to connect. Once we started the process, I was having issues with the releasing fund controlling the rollover and Jay got Chelsey Jenkins, Dir-Operations involved. We got on a conference call and Chelsey's "no nonsense" approach cut through the red tape and issues the others were putting in our way. She had an answer for all of their concerns and got the log jam unstuck! Jay then advised on how to spread the rollover across various gold and silver sizes and denominations rather than loading the entire some into one type of coin or bar.
