This is excellent quality affordable POSH rope. I use it for rope art and suspension, and the rope is supple and soft yet strong. When wet the color does not run. I've not had any trouble requiring help from customer service; shipping is prompt, packaging is protective but compact, and my orders have always arrived within the delivery window.

I purchased 3/8" dyneema, and as it turns out was a bit too big for my needs. I inquired about an exchange for 1/4", and got a prompt, helpful reply. Return was easy and because I was purchasing the 1/4" rope, there was no re-stocking fee for the original purchase. I still haven't deployed the rope, so can't review the quality of the product. But the service was great.

I returned three blocks, thimbles, and stainless steel kits for stand up blocks. I received a prompt monetary return for the items returned. Goofed up the order and it took forever. Had to call and inquire why the Rope hasn't been shipped. The long delay happened because, like everyone else covid-19 was blamed. More so then that the delay was caused because their online site allowed me to order something they said they had. Then when I called to inquire they didn't have it in stock. It wasn't labeled until days after I ordered it through their online site. But they did make it up and sent me the diameter and length I wanted in an equal quality rope.

As always, I am delighted with my rope and quick service. I am delighted with the quality and pricing. Thank you so much. Will be back again.
