R&W replaced my furling system and standing rigging. The previous rigging had shroud covers, in two parts. One is a 1/2" round, 6 foot long "roller", the other the actual 2" conical covers to the turnbuckle covers. While I received the turnbuckle covers (the base, but not the conical covers to them), I did not receive the conical covers. They are not inexpensive to replace. The roller covers are inexpensive, but a hassle to replace. The furling system was installed with rope that maybe was either 1/8 or 3/16" in diameter, much too thin for an easy furl. Maybe the system arrived to R&W from the manufacturer with such thin rope, but it clearly needed to be replaced with a rope with a larger diameter. A top-notch, service-minded organization would be more thoughtful and better organized regarding these issues. I walk away having difficulty recommending R&W to anyone.

Readers; This writer needed a large diameter rope to make a hand rail for the Porch. A wooden rail would not work. So, a quick search for 'rope' showed this company. I bought some hawser line, it came in good time, and made a quick and easy handrail. And no splinters, no rot and NO PAINT needed.
