great experience

All was pretty good, somehow a payment was missed being processed while waiting for a shipping quote so had to re-do that but other than that all was good. Rope looks like it will be great for what they want to use it for.

Useful selection of products, good prices, and prompt order fulfilment. Web site could use some tuning up, though.

Honestly, I should be disappointed The material I wanted was on back-order for a few weeks. I wanted one size in black, the other in gray… Finally suggested they swap the colors and 1/2 the order came in blue- which i absolutely did not want. However, these people were polite through the whole process, gave me a credit and finally got me what I wanted- a lot of work for an order of less than $100-. I’ll use them again.

so I ordered the 25 random pack, hoping to get at least some colors like darker ones and or some pink or anything other than all beige and white and a few gold there was one green at the skinnier weight. but that 1 it if 25 rolls was the only dark color I got. all the others were literally light beige to white or light golden. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get any color at all in my box.
