The service that we received from VoozoDealer was exceptional. This all started from the very first conversation that we had with Adam. He advised us that the best strategy was not to focus on one specific car. Instead we should identify the type of car we wanted and then take advantage of the special offers that come up from time to time. As with any good customer, we took this on board and then immediately ignored it and got fixated on one car. When we approached Adam for a quote he diligently provided us with one but then mentioned some of the deals that were running at the time. Now following his advice, with an open mind, we were able to go from a small executive car to a large one and save over £100 a month in repayments. This is the 1st time that we have leased a car and we could not recommend VoozoDealer enough. We look forward to using them for all future car leasing requirements.

Because of unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my agreement and return the car. I sent the cancellation form in on Friday 20th October and on Wednesday 25th October I received a call from a very unhappy Sanjay. He was very rude to me on the telephone and demanded the car to be returned immediately. I explained that I was away from home but the car was ready to go and my husband could hand it over. He explained that I had to pay a cancellation fee but I did not have my card with me, he said he could not take the payment from my husband and that it had to be me so I said I would have to ring my husband a get the card details and I would ring him back to pay ASAP. Sanjay then continued to call me every 10-20 minutes asking for the card details, even though I had explained my husband was at work and he would ring as soon as he could. Sanjay began to get very irate with me on the phone demanding payment and the car back immediately, even though he had called me 3 working days after I cancelled. Sanjay seemed to be very unhappy with me for cancelling and even said to me what am I suppost to do with a £45K car now! I did not appreciate his tone or manner with me on the telephone, I will never deal with this company again or recommend to friends and family because of Sanjay.

Absolute pleasure from start to finish, got in contact with Adam about looking for a car and have not leased a car before i had a thousand and one questions for Adam and at no point was it too much, i was very precised about what car i wanted and to what specification i was looking for, within a week Adam had found my dream car and got it to me on a very short deadline.
