Excellent from star to finish

This was my first experience of Voozo and buying a car on PCH. I was apprehensive, at first, but totally delighted with the experience I recieved. Sanjay worked with me. He was extremely professional, prompt and very communicative. He took the time to explain all the details and found me an excellent deal. He was very quick to respond to any question and would often follow up with a phone call to check if received things and understood. The whole deal was arranged really quickly and my car arrived without delay. We're absolutely delighted and I'm sure I'll return in a few years for our next car too. Great work Voozo. Thank Sanjay

This was proper easy! The website was brilliant comparing prices and got me the car i wanted for less than I thought. Shocking...... Looking to buy a new car, I made it clear the car I was looking for the agent Sanji insisted I look at another car, 5 times in 3 phone calls I said I wasn't interested in any other car other than the one I want. I said I had received offers to be told they couldn't possibly be true and he was the only person who could get me the best deal. I advised I was waiting on a offer from a main dealer as he had been busy and would contact me this morning to be told by the voozoo agent this wasn't true he didn't believe the dealer had been so busy. Todays call from the agent due to the pressure yesterday I said I would be buying from the dealer to be questioned why when sanji could get me the car 6k cheaper. If sanji hadn't been so pushy voozoo at have got my sale, however now they don't stand a chance ile stick to the dealership who haven't been in the least pushy with me.

I would recommend VoozoDealer to anyone looking to purchase a new car. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The whole experience was stress free and you don't need to leave your living room. All it takes is a phone call.
