The representative I spoke to was the most helpful and patient person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.He was patient and helped me every step of the way when I placed my order. I told him that we would order again if the first delivery worked out. Unfortunately package arrived without necessary bolts to construct the product. I phoned and the bolts were sent but they were the wrong ones. Hence I had to assemble product as best I could.

Very friendly and helpful staff, both on the phone and at the warehouse. Product is excellent; with useful dimensions, easy to cut and fit together and very strong. The product is quite expensive, but if you can stretch a little bit further this is a good investment which made my shingle path very neat and evenly spread.

Found the company to be very helpful.The edging has now been fitted ,the instruction video was very useful and we are very pleased with the end result.
