The team at Core were very helpful, I asked many questions on email and they were always answered promptly and offered good advice. The product was delivered at the agreed time and was well packaged to protect it. After using another company whose customer service seemed to be a byword it was refreshing to deal with people who actually cared and delivered what they offered.

Excellent advice and guidance over the phone with comprehensive quote. Great delivery (apart from the terribly rude delivery man who turned up at 5pm in the dark and expected someone to be there to lift the delivery off the van. He rang me and said he wouldn’t come if there was no one to lift it after I told him to leave it on the drive). Coretrp were fantastic and sorted it so it came the next morning so it’s not a reflection on them. But I would seriously review the courier. He was very rude to my builders the following day and wouldnt lift the delivery off the van again. He watched the boulders struggle. Poor service from delivery company! Great service from coretrp

Good product and easy to lay. Gravel certainly feels more stable and quieter to walk on.

Brilliant company to deal with no hassle and prompt delivery. Can't comment on the product as the grids are in the hands of the ground workers but haven't received any complaints from them.

Took well over a week to get a simple product quote out and needed three prompts. When quote did arrive it was incorrect and needed amending twice. Requested confirmation of delivery day to ensure someone on site to receive - delivery date changed, no notification given so driver returned the product to base. Product itself excellent but admin and logistical support very poor, frustrating and time consuming for buyer.

Just 'Excellent' Living in Jersey it is sometimes difficult to get quality items delivered, Core Landscape Products staff were easily some of the best people I have dealt with for some time. That strip of water between UK and Jersey seemed to make very little difference to Core's outstanding customer service and product delivery.
