Brandon and Bryan were very nice. They worked very professionally and use polite words that show the respect to the customer like me when I help them moving things. They also helped me for 3 and a half hours which I really appreciate it. The process makes it very easy for me to move out a lot of things to new place. I like that Livible makes it happens.

Brandon and Bryan provided excellent service today. I had a lot of boxes with fragile items in them and nothing was broken. I also really have to commend them because i live on the 4th floor of my building and they had to carry a lot of heavy stuff up here because there’s no elevator! I couldn’t be happier with the help that they provided me today. They went above and beyond on this job and I would definitely consider using this service again.

Jordan was delightfully friendly and helpful both on the phone beforehand, and while we chatted as he finished things in the truck. I got to watch him carefully secure my boxes with a strap – they take these things seriously. Zack was industrious, focused, and resource conscious on the tape which I appreciate. Another easy breezy interaction with Livible! I especially value how easily reachable they are whenever I have a need to communicate.

Easy, reasonably priced, and best of all, reliable!

Let me start by saying, I move A LOT (at least once a year)! This was by far one of the easiest moves I have ever had. Courtney called me the day before to let me know when he was coming, and communicated with me every step of the way. He was joined by the GM, Abdul, who was very friendly and easy to talk to. We had a few laughs about moving in with significant others and their cleaning habits. PROS: pricing structure is honest and up front, it was reasonably priced, and honestly the most inexpensive moving a storage bundle I have ever come across. The movers were professional, wrapped my things carefully, tagged, took pictures, and scanned everything into the system so it isn't lost. They also arrived on time! CONS: there are none. Use this service, you won't regret it. Just an FYI, make sure you have tools to break down your bed if it is needed. They cannot break down your bed for you.
