I had an inconsistent experience with the team which moved my furniture out that which moved my furniture in. The team that moved it out was very careful with handling the furniture. The person in charge seemed very experienced--everything was wrapped in furniture pads and/or cellophane and carefully loaded onto the truck. The team that moved my furniture in seemed much less experienced and neglectful. They damaged 5 pieces of furniture (not lightly either). Things weren't wrapped in furniture pads and were banging against the walls and railing. Drawers weren't taken out nor taped shut so they were coming out and banging against the wall/railing. When my partner offered to get some tape, the mover instead asked her help keep the drawers in with her hands which really shouldn't be her responsibility. One member precariously balanced a stool on top of another item instead of taking it separate. On the plus side, they processed our insurance claim very promptly and refunded us an additional $60 for 2 items that we didn't have receipts and proof-of-cost for. Everyone on the team was very courteous. I liked the app. I dislike that you have to pay for the entire month of storage even if you, let's say, only stored your furniture for 2 days in that month.

Great service, but they use a lot of stickers to keep track of your stuff that we are still trying to get off some of our furniture. Make sure they wrap stuff before sticking it with stickers.

Easy, convenient, & no frills. Ideal for those with minimal items & not much furniture. Friendly & helpful service people. I would gladly use this service again and/or recommend to others.

Really helpful, cheap, and convenient! The door delivery and pickup is fantastic and was my reason for choosing Livible.

Everything were there, and nothing is lost, but lots of them are damaged, like some paper works, cups, and luggages, especially bottles with liquid, they spill everywhere, making me to clean up things for a long time. The other thing that I’m not satisfied with is the stickers you put on the handles of the luggages. They are of terrible quality and leaves glue marks that are impossible to clean off.

The initial set up for my things to be picked up was simple. It wasn’t until the return of my items did things start to unravel. Every single item returned to me was damaged and/or completely broken. When I reached out to Management on that Friday afternoon , I was told to wait until Monday. Livable then spent the weekend trying to charge my card extra fees. I received an email on Monday stating that my boxes were too heavy and most of my things were broken upon arrival to their warehouse. This was not true as I still had pictures in their very own app of all my neat boxes and none broken items. When I pointed this out to the manger I was met with a high lighted portion of the contract that stars if you don’t point out all damages prior to the delivery team taking off down your driveway (which they do .2 seconds after the last box is dropped) then the company holds no liability. There is no weight limit posted on their site for box weight along with the fact that their team picked the boxes up from my home initially. If they were too heavy it would be fair to alert the customer then, prior to all their personal belongings being damaged. Poor customer service, poor warehouse staff, poor management. Just use what has worked for all these years before and store your own items.
