Pakistan | 30 January 2021I contacted Navicosoft Support two times, telling them that the website is not loading at my end. They ask the same question both time, which makes me a mad. They always replied the site is working fine. They say to clear your browser cache and retry. I spend around one hour with them but all in vain. I become disappointed with their services. But in the meanwhile, when I think that I have wasted money, I received a call from Navicosoft; I am shocked. A person from Support Team asks me about the issue I told him the Matter. He asked a question that have you tried with the wrong password to log in to your e-mail account. I said Yes, then he just ask me for my internet Ip, and the Matter got resolved in just two minutes. As they have security enabled, if you tried with the wrong password, your Ip will be blocked from accessing. Then I have realized that this my lack of knowledge that I could not give proper information. This experience blows my Mind. I love you, Guyz. Your the Best Company Every. And I highly recommend Navicosoft as Best Hosting Service Provider.
