Navicosoft is a reseller of HOSTOWEB! Navicosoft is a reseller of hostoweb.com and customer support is Really Really BAD. Please leave this provider if you are looking for VPS. I bought a VPS from Navicosoft for my personal business. I asked if I can have my VPS with TUN/TAP device enabled. But technical support replied to me their VPS doesn't provide it. It was weird to me at first. This is a semi-normal request that customers ask of VPS providers. So I requested to cancel my placed order. And bought another VPS from another Provider. 1 day after, the technical guy emailed me VPS of cancellation status has TUN/TAP device enabled. I opened a ticket to refund the payment for my order (I created a refund request within about 2hrs from when I received an active VPS). But customer support replied me they can't refund it because they already provided me VPS I wanted. So I paid about $70 for 2hrs of really bad VPS from Navicosoft.

Urgently needed PKNIC cards. They issued ones which were already used and did not issue new ones until a day later. While in past, same happened with another host and they gave me new cards right away after reporting the issue.

I cannot access my email since two days ago because of a hardware failure. Any reputable company would have measures in place to mitigate against such eventualities. When I tried to use their chat, it said that my primary email was not valid.
