We purchased a 4 foot pre-lit Christmas tree. It was delivered reasonably quickly. They pre-tested it before despatch and put a note in to say they had done so. The tree itself needed a few extra inches to make the full four feet, and the LED lamps were a bit 'heavy duty' and old fashioned style for the size of tree. However, the actual quality was quite good, and not a 'bog brush on legs'. For the price we could have done better.

Goods delivered quickly and in good order. However, I couldn't believe that they rang me up and said they had found a cheaper way of sending the order and offered to REFUND the excess postage. Quite outstanding service deserves every new order they can raise.

I'm a big believer in promoting 'shop local' to support local businesses but when I emailed them with a view to providing a small competition prize in order to promote their company for free to local people, I received a lazily edited standard letter clearly sent out to begging charities which was not what my request was at all. This gave me a message that this company is no longer in touch with the local community that has given them their status built up over a number of years. There is no real personal interaction with a someone wanting to establish a working and mutually beneficial relationship with this company. They are either out of touch with modern times or are making so much money that they don't really care. Both are unacceptable in these modern times.

As with allot of expensive purchases these days we shop online when we know what we want. We found the high street product we liked for allot less money saving us £240 with All On One Garden and Leisure. Prompt dispatch and not only confirmed a delivery date but text update to within an hour of when it would be at our door. Great value, excellent delivery service and would recommend to anyone thinking of buying online from them. Many thanks.

Lights arrived on time and in good condition so very happy with my purchase

Pleased with the item purchased pity Parcel a Force let it down. I was in the front garden at time of delivery .The driver dropped off the furniture at the bottom of the drive with no offer to take the parcel up the drive for me.
