Fast delivery, great tree,looks realistic for good price as bought on sale after christmas

There where no assembly instructions inside the box and the box had been opened prior to dispatch and re-taped up.

Arrived on time, exactly as ordered and does the job perfectly. What more can one say? A really good buy from an excellent seller.

Very easy to order and collect the item from the catalogue. The only problem was that my notification email indicated that the item was available at the Northenden Branch when I had ordered it from the local Knutsford branch. I had to telephone the knutsford branch to confirm where the item was at Knutsford.

Great response on line for a purchase of set of xmas lights until, I opted to collect them! No one anywhere on duty was able to serve me for quite a while as it appeared the one person who dealt with "Computer Orders" was on a lunch break unfortunately i was on mine so frustrating... I would have thought their would have been enough trained staff available to serve a Customer with on line - products ordered and collected Service . I had all clear details on a printed receipt that I was asked to bring with me. I did get served in the end and the Lights are great but follow up Service was weak. Christine Nuttall

I ordered a replacement part for a fibre optic Christmas tree. The item was easy to find on the website and easy to order. E-Mails kept me informed of the order status, and the item arrived a few days after placing the order.

We got the spare Xmas tree parts, but they were very expensive, we expected a fiver but they cost over £12 inc postage,

We ordered this tree as a friend had researched and ordered for themselves. We couldn't be more pleased, it is excellent and sets out home off well. Would definitely recommend this product and All in One as the service was excellent and it arrived in no time at all.

Ordered a 7ft tree. Got told not in stock. Phoned and asked for a 6ft version. Got told not in stock so would get a refund. Next day on website 6ft version is available. Phoned up and confirmed is in stock. Ordered it and got it delivered. Happy in the end but the refund was never necessary as the 6ft version was always in stock. an only assume a misunderstanding.

Tree was as described and delivery very quick. Tree looks fantastic!
