I started using Omega Equine products last year, after many years of using another supplier. I have been impressed with the efficacy of the products (Respirair Boost and Digest Gut Balancer.) The prices are very reasonable, delivery is quick, and there is always a little surprise in the box, which the horses appreciate! My horses are mad about the treats - especially the Christmas Chocolate Mint ones! They hope that the Banana Colada ones will also be back for summer!

Ordered Linseed meal from Omega as our local tack shop never seemed to have any and Omega delivered really quickly, even with postage it was cheaper and easier than heading to the local shop. We have had a repeat order will continue to use Omega for linseed and other things in the future, hassle free shopping, and also I look forward to my sweet treats in the parcel

Very fast delivery and great customer service!

I have a mare that's been through a lot recently and has lost a load of weight due to this. I was advised to put her on rice bran as it is fattening and, more importantly, non heating. Omega Equine was one of two places I could find it (at half the price, even better!) and since I've used them before for herbs and supplements (to great success), I had no concerns about buying the rice bran from them. So a big vote of confidence in their products, for starters. However! And this is what makes them different from other companies.... their customer service is outstanding! Each order (2 per month) always arrived on time, when they specified in their email, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. So another big vote of confidence for the customer service too. Lastly, this week, unbeknownst to me, there was an error in the dispatch process and Bernie reached out to me to let me know that I would only be receiving one parcel the next day instead of the two I had ordered. There had been a mix-up in delivery instructions but to rest assured, it was on it's way and would arrive a day or so later. The following day I received parcel #1 without any concerns on my side, and the next day I received parcel #2. Bernie was in contact me with all the way through so I had absolutely no concerns about where my items were. So all in all, Omega Equine are a great company to have in your Favourites list - excellent products, excellent service and reliable delivery processes. I would love to see more feed options on the menu - for a company that operates so transparently (and reasonably) I would definitely buy more healthy feed products.
