Excellent customer service. My parcel was not delivered initially as parcel force couldn’t find the address. Had a notification from parcel force, and Amy from omega rice had already spoken to them, found the address and sent re-delivery instructions within an hour. Amy contacted me to keep me informed and horse food was delivered the following day with no problems. Very impressed, super quick off the mark Omega rice!

The product is Flexology, as yet I don't know if it will be effective however I wanted to comment on the great advise and customer service I have received. I was advised by my vet to get a joint supplement with higher levels of Boswellia and asked about the Boswellia Extra. I was guided to the Flexology when I asked about it replacing a joint supplement, as this contained the other supporting ingredients. I then commented that I have a fussy horse who can easily be put off eating when something is introduced and they sent me a free sample which came within a few days to try. I have now purchased the supplement and will see how we go. Great advise and help Thank you

At last I have found a product which does as it says on the tin !!! I have a 30yr old pony which has suffered with sinus problems since I bought him! I have tried just about every product on the market to try and eleviate the problem without him going on medication. None seemed to help until I tried omega equine repsiair boost no more coughing no more gunk and a very happy pony ! Can't recommend this product enough! In over 50 years experience in the equine world I have not had a product that has worked so quickly and consistently!

Easily to use website, items ordered super quick, great communications on order progress. Items came well packaged so they weren't damaged in transit and as described. Can't review products per se linseed oil is what it is and the supplement for sarcoids is a new addition to ur feed so only time will tell, but it's clearly palatable as she's not even noticed it's added!
