I recently contacted Keter UK regarding a part that was damaged on my Keter Eden Garden Storage Bench. I have to say that they went above and beyond to help me get the replacements that I needed. Customer Support especially by Avital was fantastic!! I would highly recommend Keter. My Keter Eden Bench is so useful for my garden storage. Thank you Keter and especially Avital, so lovely and friendly and very helpful. Best wishes Gill

I bought an 8 x11 shed from the Keter online site. It was delivered on time. I paid a local firm to erect the shed, putting a concrete base. The workmen told me that I was missing a part, it turned out I had one too many of one integral part and not enough of another. I filled out, at length with photo evidence, the missing part form, then phoned and waited to be told 3 - 5 days and “have a nice day”. I then received an email to say the part is out of stock. We will be in contact when it comes back in stock. An hour and a half on the phone cut off. Forget about the call back option - Don’t go there! So I have a part assembled unusable shed that will blow down in the next breeze and a company that seems to take pleasure in closing its phone lines at 4pm but putting you on hold ensuring you are 4th in the queue at 4.45 and no 1 at 6.15 before cutting you off. The missing part was miraculously back in stock, I was told via email, “it is being dispatched”, however, sadly, it seems to have disappeared again. More phone calls and still no part. I see I am not the only person who has experienced their “customer care”.

I had a damaged lock on my double doors to my Keter shed and after calling them it was sorted out that day with a new lock sent free of charge. Excellent service Derek

(Case No 01301271) Date: 3 Feb'25. I bought a Keter 4'x3' shed about 2/3 years ago. It was blown over in the recent storm and the two corners (rc) on the roof are broken. Regarding the warranty I've searched hi and lo but can't find my receipt. However I was happy to see on the website that it says and I quote "for all other spare parts requests, there maybe a charge involved". I am now very displeased to be informed by the customer service representative that Keter do not sell Spare Parts even though I sent him a screen shot of the wording on the Keter website that says that they do????????????? VERY POOR after all we are only talking about 2 small pieces of plastic to repair my shed. 4 Feb'25 Since posting my initial review I have been contacted by a very nice gentleman from the escalation team and I am now satisfied with the explanation given to me by him. I am now giving this a 5 star review. Many thanks.

Had parts of shed damaged in recent storm contacted Customer Service, Keren was able to help me new parts were provided free of charge and delivered that week. Amazing thanks

The product arrived with a broken part. I emailed and a replacement was dispatched very quickly and arrived well wrapped! I was very impressed with the speediness of their response and how quickly this was resolved. Once we got the hang of the instructions, we assembled it without too much problems. The quality of the product is average for the price of this and it will serve its purpose.

Contacted customer service for a new lid for my storage box as the screws had snapped away from the plastic they asked for pictures told me they would send 1free of x Charge when they came v Back into stock in a couple of weeks this was 4 months ago and now they won't respond to my emails disgusting service

Received Keter outdoor storage box through WILKO, item arrived damaged in several places. Replacement item requested. Replacement item broken too. Is there no quality control??????

Ordered a small storage container for a new battery lawn mower. I messed up by not ordering the model with hydraulic hinges. When I called customer service pointed out my mistake, which I had no option other than to accept it. I was then informed that as soon as the hinges come into stock, they would send two out to me. I asked if I could pay but was told that wasn’t necessary. That was June ‘24. Despite an email I’ve had nothing.

Amazing customer service!! Even after 2 years from purchase I had a problem with one of my doors. Sent out a replacement very efficiently. Would highly recommend to buy direct from keter.

Their site and customer service is appalling. Spent over an hour trying to submit an order for a new part. Uploaded pictures and all details and still it wouldn’t accept the submission. Sorry I bought this product as clearly they don’t do spare parts.

Our lid to cortina mega store lid is broken. Just the plastic of the lid is broken. All other metal parts that hold it together are good. Rest of shed (walls, base, front doors) are all good. Sent form to Keter for replacement lid parts. Case 01299861. They did not have spare parts. I was then contacted by their escalations team. Jack McCallum was extremely helpful. They were able to source a similar product with lid that was sent out next day. I was absolutely amazed by the customer service. They have gone above and beyond to back there product and I am extremely grateful. This is how a top Top Tier company connects with it customers. Keter is top Tier. Thank you Jack for your assistance.

Very poor sustainability practices! No encouragement for customers to buy spares, we contacted keter to get a new lid as ours had broken and they told us they do not sell spares, in 2025 where plastic waste is a huge problem how on earth do you not sell spares to save the full thing going to landfill.

My original review was highly critical of Keter customer service. This was picked up immediately by their escalation team. The issue I had was dealt with immediately and resolved exceptionally quickly. On that basis I would highly recommend Keter and their products. Thank you.

Poubelle de tri extérieur, produit très fragile, arrivé en partie cassée et surtout les parties se cassent lors de l'assemblage. A fuir.... Le service SAV se renvoie la balle depuis le 24/11/2024. Cet avis est écrit le 29/01/2025, plus de 2 mois et rien, pas sérieux du tout Waste bin for external sorting, very fragile product, arrived in part broken and especially the parts break during assembly. To leak.... The service has been calling it quits since 24/11/2024. This review was written on 29/01/2025, more than 2 months and nothing serious at all
