Outstanding customer service…I ordered several items of clothing and the wrong size was sent in one of the items. I contacted Natalie in customer services who was extremely apologetic. She checked the size and noted that they appeared to be out of stock in my size. I was advised to send the item back and I would be reimbursed. Before I had chance to do this, Natalie had located my size and contacted me back to explain. She sent the new top to me and I sent the other item back, taking a photograph of the postage receipt. I was reimbursed the cost of postage immediately and the new top arrived within a few day. Amazing service.. I was very impressed.
