I have used MDG for many years. Prices and choices are incredible, and delivery is fairly quick. However, sizing/cut sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Having to return goods has issues in my experience - it takes an age (often 28+ days) to process a refund, and I do object to having to pay 10% of the cost of goods being returned on tracked postage back to a UK return centre.

I think your products and service are excellent and you offer great value for money on well known brands. You deserve five stars ⭐️ but I gave you three because I was so disappointed with your returns policy. I was returning some products and had to pay out over €10 to return via An Post. Most companies don’t charge for returns and many have a system where they can be dropped off at no cost to the customer. I rang to see if I could return my purchases to your Cork base and got an emphatic No.
