I've made 3 separate purchases from the store and every single time the items arrived on time, and in perfect condition.

I purchased two Harmony Ultimate remotes from Camera Box. I have not been able to get either one to operate properly. I sent an email to Camera Box but received no reply. I have ordered a new remote from LOGITECH. We will see if it operates properly. So much for trying to save a buck!

I found that dealing with the Camera box far exceeded my expectations. My initial order from them was relatively inexpensive yet they treated it as though it were a very expensive one. Their delivery was much faster than expected. I look forward to my next experience with them!!

Great communication from trader, but the camera and lens was packed very poorly. The box was completely crushed and split open. Please consider using a stronger box and more tape.

Althought, I am completely pleased with the item I ordered, it was not shipped as promised. I was notified via e-mail that it was delayed, no reason was given. At that point I contacted eBay. I just wanted to make sure the Co. was on the up and up. The item arrived as indicated in the e-mail. I would definitely do business with this seller in the future.
