Andy from Iva Help was amazing! he was very polite and patient throughout and reassured me that it was the best thing to do when being in debt that you cant get out off, if only i knew sooner! 10/10

I dealt with Donna to start with and Donna was very good at explaining everything clearly, explaining all my options and keeping me updated on the start of the process.

What can I say about this company apart from excellent staff are amazing last year I wrote a review about this company with a member staff going above and way beyond Andy couldn't do enough to help me he really couldn't never judged very understanding but due to a problem on my end sadly my iva failed but andy said should anything change then they would be in contact but he didn't leave it there he sort me help from another company who on the sort term could manage my debits I will always appreciate what that man did for me. One year later I got contacted via email saying that things have changed and I may get an Iva granted and if I was interested to reply to the email which of course I was not only interested but over the moon to think they remembered me with in an hour I received a call from James who would be handling my case funny enough he said Andy was sat opposite him how amazing I honestly believe these two come from the same mold because James can't do enough for you and again there's no judgement I am the one embarrassed that I lost control but they don't look down they don't judge they listen they help they advise even if there advice sends you somewhere else they are honest from start to finish. If you struggling like me don't leave fester get the help you deserve most of use have worked all our lives aven starting early in life as a milk boy paperboy then starting work at 16 and 50 plus years later still working hard. We all need a little help from time to time. I can't praise this company enough and the two that I have delt with are the real people that deserve recognition for outstanding work to the public. I am sure on there days off you'll seeing them in red capes and blue underpants with tights flying around and saving people but honestly all jokes aside trust these trust there company and if you do I can guarantee you will sleep at night once again peacefully.
