This company is nothing but helpful and Nicky was a true star a workaholic who takes her work home I really don't know how she managed to get enough sleep and food in the very quick only 24hrs setting up our case no problem to big either thank you IVA help,recommended and exceeds all the stars 😊

I was thinkin about some advice but i wasnt sure. I found this one and decided to give it a go. Chris the advisor was very helpful from the begining. He was very clear about everything and was happy to answer any questions, he always ensured i understand everything and if i had any doubts he would discuss it with me to make sure i am aware of my options. From there communication was really easy and regular i was informed about each step to make sure i know what is going on. Whenever i have a question i know i can go back to him as he is always happy to help. I was a lot more confident with my choices considering it is not easy to make this step but with the right support i was able to have better understanding. Couldnt recommend more.

I had been trying to deal with my debts alone and my anxiety levels were really high, so I decided to call for help... I wish I had done it so much sooner. I spoke with Andy and he listened to everything and then advised me and helped me with sorting everything out. He spent a long time on the phone, never getting impatient and answering my many questions with courtesy and listening to me fully. Since that initial call Andy has helped me with every step in the process, explaining everything fully and so I understand what is happening and I can now see a way forward. Having been extremely worried after a major health scare, which forced me to have to give up work. I took the big step to call these guys .I spoke to a wonderful person called Elliott,he was very polite and professional. He talked me through every option to find the right option for me. Iv been putting it off for so long hoping it would just go away but I finally decided to face the music n get help wit it all, Darryl and lee were both brilliant helping me wit it all and getting it all sorted out n without that help I wld of just decided to carry on ignoring it all. Choose to seek help and thankfully came across Shahid Khan. Who was well informative and took me through all my options. I’m so glad I made the call the stress and worry has lifted. I can recommend to anyone Nothing to worry about just pick up the phone.

Lee phoned me about my options for some debt that I hold, Lee was brilliant and he is very calm talking to me about possible options. Lee is 1st class an I would rate him 5 star.

After a few months of worry and struggling I can hand on heart say that this company have took away a lot of our worry’s and have got us as a family back on track .
