Overall my experience been amazing I had a lady called Morag, she really helped me. I was so nervous about answering the phone she gave me a message and made me so at ease I was then able to reduce my anxiety and speak with her on the phone I was so embarrassed how my debts just got out of control, but she took control and sorted everything! From phone calls on my behalf to working out my income and outgoings. It seemed so crazy but she done the hard work. I couldn’t thank her enough….

Having found myself in financial difficulty I was unsure who to turn to,I reached out to this company and spoke to Ross. The reassurance and help was felt immediately! Ross explained in detail my options moving forward to ensure I had as much knowledge to make the right choice to help my circumstances. I previously have struggled with talking to strangers on the phone but after a few minutes it felt like I was talking to someone I knew for years. I really struggle with low dopamine tasks due to my super powers of organised chaos. I also struggle with phonecalls ,paper work , and mail due to anxiety and ptsd causing massive financial strain, Donna took all that away, found Al my debts did all the calls and paper work and now I can afford my life again with out fear of debt collectors makeing facing my mail and phonecalls much less triggering
