Phoned IVA help first thing this morning and Donna is getting things sorted already for myself very polite and very helpful and feel like a lot of pressure is lifting already worth the phone call great service.

I’ve been really struggling with my debt for years now and I finally took the first dwelling step to look for help - after so long of not being able to find any and/or being too embarrassed to admit and reach out for the help. In just a few days of speaking to Lee, I’ve had the help & support from him and I’m so, so thankful! I’ve been told everything in full detail and have always been reassured that if I don’t want to go ahead or have any questions that it’s okay to ask/say so. I have mental health problems that often makes me struggle to talk to new people, ask for help and even be honest with people about my problems, but I’ve always felt really confident talking to Lee and he’s helped me massively.
