The team were always on hand through the process, even with a change in vehicle during the purchase cycle and the need of a face to face meet for a wet sign. It was quite ridiculous really how quick and simple the whole process was. I dealt with Jack first initially who ran me through how things work and gave me a quote. I then dealt with Gracie. I applied online for the finance via I link I was sent, I had a call back within about 15 minutes to say the finance had been accepted. The communication was excellent by Gracie, any time there was a change I was made aware. Within 2 days the finance was agreed and paid to the dealership. Great interest rate which has saved me a lot of money, I will definitely be using again and I would recommend them to anyone.
