I was told that the vehicle was 3 metre wide; it is 2.4 metres which meant it can have got up the drive instead of having to wheel barrow the concrete in! Apart from that excellent

Booked a slot online for a 4 m cube wagon but was not available for date I required after I had paid . Wagon turned up later than delivery slot. However communication and friendly service made up for this so did the ability and helpfulness of driver

Would have been 5 stars had we not been told (when the order was confirmed) that the delivery would be at 3pm. The window was 3-5pm, and as it arrived at 4:30pm it was on time, we just had raised expectations! Once on site, the driver was very helpful and patient with us (shed base novices), even helping move wheelbarrows about to keep the flow going. Overall, it was a much better experience than self-mixing and the concrete seems to be curing nicely. Would definitely recommend concrete2you!

After using their calculator to get the correct quantity, Concrete2you responded within minutes to my online quote request. They were very competitive on price and advised what type of concrete was best for my project. The mixer arrived on time and the driver was very helpful in advising a couple of amateurs on the best way to go about laying the mix. Job done in just over half an hour. Brilliant!

The team at concrete2you are first class. Nilly in particular was a pleasure to deal with. The concrete was delivered ok and the mix was sent out suitable for pumping as we had to pump over a field to a new agricultural base. Not sure if the cost might have been less if I'd gone direct to the local concrete delivery company but the help and comunication through concrete2you was much appreciated. The final part load was adjusted for us as we had 25m3 ordered. The reduced final load quantity was refunded as with normal practise in the industry. I would recommend Concrete2you.

The concrete arrived a little late -after the 2 hour timeframe - but this was due to a problem at their depot not the Driver - he was fine. I was expecting a less stony concrete mix than I got when I had explained it was for a 'Log cabin' (on telephone)/Conservatory (nearest option online) base - it's going to need a thick layer of levelling screed added to rectify. However, this could just be my limited knowledge of concrete mixes available... and limited diy skills!!

Having never ordered a large amount of concrete before I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The website is easy to use and then you get a call from a real person to talk through your order. The mixers turned up on time and the drivers were very helpful.

Good booking experience and helpful phone staff after that service was terrible. Concrete didn't arrive in the afternoon delivery slot 3-5pm with no communication and when I phone at 4:45 I was told the earliest they could deliver was the following afternoon. When the delivery was finally made my 1m3 minimix order arrived on an 8m3 lorry and the driver then rushed the delivery causing me extra work.
