Great customer service, but I only used this company because they advertised a small 4 wheel mixer truck that I ordered due to access problems. Their advert actually shows it. However, they couldn’t supply it on the day and I had to take delivery from a six wheeler that really struggled to get in and then tracked along the edge of the lawn. The supplier used was local to me so I could have gone to them direct in the first place! The concrete was cheaper than the price I paid to Concrete2you, but they did refund the difference without question.

Had a really good experience with this company! I needed some concrete for my home to cover a 3m2 space. The website was really easy to use and delivery was actually on time! All round great service!

On ordering concrete, I ran into a problem with billing address, Nilly-Mae Sims was very helpful in getting this problem resolved and a pleasure to talk to. On delivery of concrete the driver was very polite and worked swiftly. Couldn't fault service. Would recommend to others and use again in the future.

Good customer service who advised getting 2 wheelbarrows which were essential. The driver was helpful and suggested pumping up the tyre of the wheelbarrow which made it much easier.
