I've been trying to get an RFID card set up on our account for the last week. Every time I ring up the very nice receptionist takes my details and says that someone will phone back. Comes to the end of the day and I haven't heard anything, ring the next day, same thing happens!

Disgraceful scam. Your bank will fully refund you for any so called “admin” fees they try and take from you so just phone your bank for full refund. Charge point didn’t work but they took £50 from my bank for zero charge. They’re now deducting £5, only refunding £45, for “admin charge”. This scam company needs fining so I’m contacting ombudsman today

My experience in Ireland: Avoid. You create an account and add money, that is easy, when you have to charge is when the problems start. They dont have an app (strange in 2023). Webiste takes forever to load and it took me 40 minutes to finally get connected. It's 0.40p (no Euros even though is in Ireland). Overall a poor user experience and I recommend to use a different provider to charge your car

Poor website, chargers don’t connect, website spelling all over the place. Really need to get sorted out especially at a corporate location. The charger may not cost but perhaps that is why… it doesn’t work! This was at Peterborough Westpoint

Awful! Don’t use sheffield, Chesterfield road charging point. Put £25 in and didn’t work! You won’t get ur money back either. shouldn't be allowed, what if that charging point was my only option.

Had to set up an account and add £25 to use the charge. Turned out that it was broken. Trying to get my money back. Provided feedback on their website and also emailed them as no other way to contact them. Will be raising this with the ombudsman

Unfortunately this is a fradulent company who’ll happily take your money but when you can’t charge, will ignore your requests for a refund. I’ve been unable to reach anyone from the company regarding my refund- absolute joke and waste of money! I’ll be taking this further…

Not even one star as I never got any charge as the EV number on the side of machine was not showing on the web site then it showed for a very short time but never linked through. This was at a new Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds. I had driven 140 miles in my all electric and I was going to have to drive another 160 miles on the 140 I had left. I was very very stressed by it. I did notice the 4G was very poor and decided that may have been the problem. If that is the case it needs sorting.

Same as other comments. Attempted to charge vehicle at RHS Wisley, put £10 on account. Charge station didn’t work then was unable to easily obtain refund. Their website is obstructive to securing a refund or finding customer service details. The email responses from them were incredibly unprofessional and rude. They told me I should have looked at the T&C’s properly. Who is going to notice this unexpected charge in the small print when you’re desperately trying to find an operational EV station? Only after several no nonsense emails from myself did they agree to repay the full £10. I suggest people with similar experiences report them to the Government regulator. This should not be allowed to occur.

Charging point does not work and when emailed on two separate occasions they aren’t willing to offer a refund. Despite being charged an extra £5 as a holding fee which was not returned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They should not be operating complete frauds.

Parked at RHS Wisley, added £10 to my account, got an immediate email to confirm the top up, tried to use the charger only to get a message that my wallet was empty. Thinking it may be a credit card processing problem I added a further £10 via Google pay, got another confirmation email , but still nothing in my wallet. Tried to ring the helpline but it's closed at weekends. This outfit seem to be a Mickey Mouse company. This is the third problem I've had with them, the other 2 being at RHS Bridgewater. The last refund took 3 months to arrive.

Set up charging points everywhere on a new build estate 2 years ago. They appear to be ready to use but none of them have ever been turned on. Customer service been useless. Phone application doesn't really work. Company used to check off tick boxes for developments.

5* or 10/10 it's the same with the experience I've had, I had issues logging and Cal from the support team got me sorted out the same day and made things so much easier for me as well as speaking very professionally and making sure I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on.

Avoid. The EV industry has a number of these small, opportunistic operators like Power Portal Ltd who operate EvCharge online. The public charger I use regularly fails and can take weeks to get back online, zero customer service or care. For credibility of EV these cowboys need clearing out and replaced by serious businesses - regulatory issue.

While the chargers were okay, try to get a refund for unused credit - very very slow, and not obvious as to how you would request it I’m going to share this with the regulators

Pretty poor, Failed to achieve a charge 3 times although App said it was charging. Called their telephone no and was told I'd get a call back shortly. Never received any call back and never achieved a charge. Suggest you choose another company if possible.

When we had our charger installed in January 2021 customer service was good. I could get through to a technician often within seconds of calling. By July 2021, things have severe turn for the worse. It took 9 calls over a number of days to get nowhere, and only after logging two complaints to a manager, I finally made contact. This happened on two occasions in July so if you are relying on this charging provider, be ready for a poor response time.

Not fit for purpose - charging points are constantly breaking (including trapping charging cables on multiple occasions, resulting in damage to the cable in the process of getting it free) and the customer service team is very slow to respond and completely impossible to get hold of outside of 9-5 Monday to Friday. We have been waiting weeks to get multiple charging points in our street fixed.
