Good quality calls and customer service.

They answer the phone promptly. They have a good system in that they credit five more dollars when you're short of five dollars balance. I have no problems with them.

I appreciate the service Keep Calling offers because the quality of transmission is usually good. I can call many of the destinations I need and the price is so reasonable. I am thankful for your service.

Works every time and quality is very good

I have used keep calling for a number of years now and have never had a problem. It's great that the money you load on doesn't expire if it's not used. Call quality is great, and very cheap.

The coupon that I received from the email said the last day to use the coupon was Jan 31. However, when I tried to use it on Jan 31, it's already expired.

Easy to use web page to order what you want and to see the credit you purchashed as an invoice and the credit in your account as soon as you pay by credit card.Like the balance online too so you can see when you need to top up. Llke to see account invoice history. Like the control I have on this account and to see how far the credit can go if you select a country of your choice when you are dialing a,LAN line and a cell phone.

Sound quality is not so great when Republic of Ireland from the Uk Quite a long delay as if I were calling Australia.

I’ve always been satisfied with this service; however, I made a mistake and charged my brother’s phone with the wrong Saudi company and when I called your customer service, I was told there was nothing he could do. I simply lost $36 and no way it can be moved to another company nor it can be transferred or refunded. I am not happy with such annoying customer service.
