It is a phone app, I resent having to update it every third time I use it. It seems to be exceptionally resource demanding for a phone app.

I have been KeepCalling customer for years , good and reliable service, reasonable price, good connection and the app is great, but recently I had problem with my automatic payment, my credit card on file was closed, I changed it with different one before the do date, but they didn’t take the other credit card I add it, and they closed my account

I'm really disappointed, I bought the monthly plan 3 days ago and still I can't call. All I got is the message, you don't have enough credit. I wrote 2 times to get help, no one answered. So yes I am disappointed.

At first time the connection is good, but when I tried for second time it didn't work.
