I loved this company - until (like others have said) I have needed to contact them to query an order. I can't give them a one star as this may be some glitch that needs sorting, and previously it would have been 5 stars. I have now tried the email address which someone else posted up and so far it hasn't bounced back. This is it for anyone else who needs it enquires [at] shopbodyjewellery [dot] com I'll wait to see if I get a reply. I hope this is just a technical problem as I have liked using this company in the past and have been generally (accept for on this occasion) really happy with the products I have ordered.

Everything went perfectly until it was time to contact them to enquire about an exchange. I bought tunnels which turned out to be smaller than my actual lobe holes, but all the email addresses and the phone number on the website didn't work. The email addresses keep bouncing back, even if you reply directly to the order confirmation they've sent you - I tried sending my message on both Outlook and Gmail. I'll try the 020 numbers that I found during working hours, since they actually rang when I tried, but otherwise there's not really any way to get in touch with BJS - not even on social media. Quite disappointing considering everything else went fine, and I'd really like to have an exchange. EDIT: For anyone who sees this, the only email address that doesn't bounce back is: enquiries[at]shopbodyjewellery[dot]com. Only reason I have this is because I filed a claim with Paypal. Did it have to be this difficult? There's no guarantee I'll get a response either, just because it didn't bounce back.

DIABOLICAL. Received my order. Faulty. Tried contacting and all my emails are being returned. Had to use 118118 to get a contact number only to be informed that the number is not in use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER!

I've received an incorrect order. Every single email address listed on their website is bouncing back saying it doesn't exist, the phone number listed on trust pilot no one answers. Their Facebook and Instagram accounts don't accept messages, there's literally no way to contact this company. I've not got the goods that I paid for and I'm really not impressed. I've used this company previously with no issues so I'm not sure what on earth has gone so wrong!

never had a problem. Great service. Very fair prices, and may offer a price match. I buy from here rather than ebay because I can trust that the jewellery they have sourced is clean, non toxic and made from the correct materials. It's important to know what you are putting in your body.
