Really struggled to use the site - the basket kept emptying itself of the items I had selected, and I was close to giving up. If the items were available elsewhere I would have bought somewhere else.

The site is horrible -- I don't know when they changed/updated the site, but I preferred it when it was stuck 10 years in the web development past. I almost ordered the wrong earrings a few times since the options are not listed in any sort of order. The earrings themselves are great, though. They are still the quality I remember them being when I first started ordering from BJS. The only reason I'm giving BJS 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the quality of the earrings. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be buying from BJS again.

First order was lost in the post, but it was no hassle, it was sorted out very quickly. Order arrived. In 2 days and the jewellery is perfect. It’s taken me a good while to find what I was looking for, and this is it. It fits and is comfortable.

Commandé en février, tout semblait normal. Au bout de de mois, ma boucle d’oreille a la base en or rose est devenu or. Très bien. Mon industriel en « acier chirurgical » s’est mis à moisir sur mon oreille, ce qui signifie bien qu’il s’agit d’une qualité médiocre. Je ne recommande pas.

So easy to use website, great products, smooth transaction

One of the segment rings came apart (and segment lost) with the first few minutes Just don't expect the rings to stay intact, three did, one failed almost immediately. Rather than just refund me or send a replacement they offered me 25% of next purchase. Have been using them for some years, not sure I will again

A few postage issues but no fault of BJS. The staff were great and sorted everything out in a courteous and very professional way. Excellent service and the jewellery top notch. Brilliant.

Never buy from this company, no confirmation of order so you have no proof of purchase and never sent items.Never received my items, body jewelry shop refused to refund or resend, will never use again, the items were never delivered to my address as i was home that day and there is no address quoted against tracking ref so that's probably fake as well, i have had to go to my bank to get my money back as i am not paying for items i havent received, poor poor customer service trying to make out im a liar when all i want is what i paid for I don't care what your tracking says i never received it at my address
