Paid first class delivery and hasn’t arrived yet. Ridiculous

I love Body Jewellery shop. They are cheap, they are based in the UK not China (Avoid any body Jewellery from China as it will most likely be dangerous materials that will be toxic and the cheapest materials used) and the delivery is always the fastest , great when you lose a piercing and need to replace it urgently. I have used them for years now, only downside is when a item is out of stock but Body Jewellery Shop can't be blamed for that, it just shows how popular their Jewellery is. 🎯💯👌🏽😀

Well made good quality items.

I purchased a pair of studs and a swarovski nose stud. The earrings are fine. However, the crystal fell off the nose stud after 2 days of wear. I was sent a replacement, and then 2 days later the crystal fell off again. Service was just fine, but you definitely get what you pay for with the jewellery and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else

Payment for the side appears to be broken .. both paypal and credit cards are causing errors on checkout. Sadly still not fixed after e-mailing them.

I had my ears pierced with a bar that was too short and it wasn’t wanting to heal. As soon as I changed it for a longer titanium bar that I got off body jewellery shop it felt like a massive relief. My ears can breathe again! Thank god, range of products is really good

Customer service is amazing! I've recently moved house and put the wrong address on, so I called customer service because it was returned to sender and the person on the phone was lovely and sorted it so quickly for me to be resent today! I'm autistic and struggle on the phone but it was fine, even for me! Would thoroughly recommend

Had my Daith earring replaced today. Unfortunately for me, my original one came out the day before and it had started to close up. They weren’t sure if I would have to have it redone or not until they looked at it. But they were very patient and persevered and managed to stretch the hole. Thank you, and I love my new earring.
