I took an old mobile to have everything transferred to a newer phone. I received no contact within the 2-4 days they state. 13 days later I emailed asking for confirmation the job would be complete within a further 2 days. 2 days later went into collect the phone and NOTHING had been done. The owner/manager said he had no knowledge as a colleague was handling the job, who was not in that day. I asked for someone to contact me the next business day. NOTHING. If I provided this total lack of service to my customers, I would not have a business for long!

Gave an faulty external hard-drive to Laptop Workshop for data recovery onto a new drive. The company managed to save as much data as possible including all photos which was great. Milo's communication was excellent with the customer. Reasonable price for the service. I'll use the company again.

I had to transfer my photos onto a USB stick within a short amount of time. The service was incredibly speedy and communication was great! The guys here are really helpful and friendly,, definitely recommend!

I have just bought a new laptop... the staff were very helpful and guided me to what I needed... they didn't oversell me stuff and actually said I wouldn't need some of the things I talked about. The service was excellent including the laptop setup. I would really recommend this place to buy a laptop.

My laptop broke ... googled a few solutions and ran diagnostics, it was very broken & required a new hard drive. Contacted the laptop workshop (Broadwater) via email and received a very quick reply. Took my laptop in and was given a very reasonable quote to fix it. Left it with them and registered with their online system so I could track the repair. Received a phone call with very good news that they had repaired the laptop and recovered my data - very speedy and professional service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them

Ive just purchased a used MacBook Air from Laptop Workshop and I'm absolutely delighted. A great service from Tom who I spoke to over the phone, and Aaron who I've being dealing with when I placed the order. The item was exactly as described, in great condition and works perfectly. I used the next day delivery service and it arrived by 8am the following morning. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back when its time for a replacement.

Absolutely amazing service. I purchased a MacBook Pro which had sold out 🥲 I called them up and spoke with Kevin, who was great. They managed to find a laptop that was newer and cheaper! They swapped my order out and I received it the next day. Very smooth, very polite, and definitely go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need.
