Such a smooth easy experience buying a refurbished MacBook. I’m so pleased with the quality of the product and the service. It was delivered very quickly considering Covid-19 is affecting most deliveries.

Hi there, early days, well known product, very good price.Had excellent customer service from laptop shop in Broadwater, all done via email, because of Covid 19, very prompt replies to questions.

Avoid this place. Took my iPhone in with a broken screen and they completely messed it up. The broke the charging point so I could not use my headphones. Went back and they fixed that but then the microphone did not work. Went back and they replaced it. Still broken so went back and they replaced it again. It is still broken so they offered to return my phone back to the way it was (put the broken screen back in) and refund???? For real. Unbelievable. 7 separate visits, £6 on parking, one £60 parking ticked, £125 for not repairing my phone and now with a phone I can’t use. Going to cost me hundreds to get a proper repair shop to fix it. Was recommended to go by one person but after I shared my experience I find 4 others with similar stories.

I've used Laptop shop in Haywards Heath for over 10years for servicing , support and buying machines , they've always been great . However this time ( covid-19 lockdown) they surpassed themselves. I purchased a new laptop over the phone and it was delivered in less than 4 hours . Brilliant service. Support local businesses. Thank you .

As a family of 5 I’ve been using Laptop workshop for years now for all our apple products, for which there are many. The service is always friendly, helpful and fast. Recently bought two refurbished MacBooks for work and home study. Couldn’t fault the service given. Many thanks.

Managed to drop my lovely macbook air on my floor, end result was a poorly broken screen. Took it to laptop workshop in haywards heath and they repaired it back to new the very next day. The Apple store in Brighton wanted over double the price and 7 days. The service was quick, professional, high quality and great value...compared to Apple store anyway! Mum phone me in Ukraine said she had dropped her IPhone and now the screen is not working. She went to a shop in Chichester and they quoted £120 I told her to go to the Laptop Work shop and they will sort it and it'll probably be half that price. Low and behold that evening mum called me back to say your tech guy there was very polite and helpful and fixed it on the spot. £59 It cost plus he was more than willing to help her with a few apps on the phone she was struggling with. Thanks again.
