Excellent customer service & top quality product

Very poor selection. A Pokémon go tin and a pokeball and a couple of one pack sleeved silver tempest. The pokeball was code D21 and contained a vivid voltage and two rebel clash. I have seen that these coded balls should contain a cosmic eclipse. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it had been removed and replaced with a rebel clash. Very poor product.

Had a great and helpful interaction with their YouTube channel, ( you should go check it out ) which helped me decide what I wanted. The person who replied was very polite and answered all my questions. Package arrived on time with no damage to any of the products, no products missing either. All in all very nice interaction and I will definitely order again.

I have to write a review again because this company continues to impress me with their service and all they provide. My son got his Legend of Zelda game (preordered), it arrived immediately, with a poster and a packet of Haribo-he was thrilled! Just great service and customer loyalty, and I would love the competitor website who I used previously, to just see what great customer service achieves (would love to name them!) Thank you Total Cards, you deserve to do well.

Very good price and always love the extras (sweets, keyring, points, sticker). Could just do with a little better communication for preorderers. Due to bank holidays it was delayed but I only found this out when I got intouch. Very quick to reply when I got intouch so other than that a good experience

Pretty disappointed with the delay of the service. I live in Manchester but went to the games centre with my friend in Newcastle to collect on release (they’re Newcastle based. The Zamazenta box was delayed with no warning. 2 weeks after release and I still dont have it, only dispatched yesterday. I had to do the chasing on the products, with no updates on its whereabouts. No longer excited for the product to arrive, usually a great experience with Total Cards but I’m very let down this time.

Total Cards were very good. The only bad thing was the game I ordered was delayed because the release date was pushed back by the game makers ( definitely not the fault of Total Cards). Once they were able to deliver, everything went smoothly. I will be using them again.
