Cards were good value and arrived quickly. Andy was very helpful and courteous as well.

I made an large order, which was not delivered (although the shipping company said they did). In six months, I tried everything to get compensation, but Total Cards refuses. The shipping company did an investigation, the driver was tracked at the school across the street. I had to fill in a form that I swear I didnt receive the package, I had to call the school to let them write that they didnt receive the package. The driver came to my house, had to fill in a form of the shipping company. Even though Total Cards aknowledges I didnt get the package, they wont comoensate because they say its because of the shipping company. The shipping company tells me they already paid TotalCards the insurreance money. Dont buy here if you dont live in the UK. Total Cards looses all feeling of responsibillity and wont help you when your package is lost.

Great service, value and the little free gifts they put in some orders are a nice touch.

My story with Total is, I made three purchases in the store, one took a while, and the others did not arrive i was always well attended, even just receiving generic emails about the status of the order, i don't want an apology or your regret, this has no value for what i lose thanks to you, I don't expect my review will change your policy, or change anything, just point out that your company should be frank with your customers and stop lying, if there is a possibility of delivery or if there is not, stop lying to your customers, and mainly to contact those who were harmed.
