Quick delivery and great product.

I would not order from the online store again. I ordered some food for a bearded dragon and when it arrived it was expired. I contacted customer service who apologised and stated a replacement item would be sent. It is now over 1 month since initial communication with no further contact or a replacement item I will stick to in person shopping in future

Only place I can find the food my rabbits eat. The service so far has been very effective, never had a issue with stock or delayed delivery. I would like the shop to stock more rabbit friendly things and healthier options too though.

Fast delivery. Box burst in transit and one bag had small hole but nothing lost. Was taped up.

Very poor service in Portlaoise shop, the manager is very rude and angry and not helpful at all. Never back again !

Great delivery time-no problems

Fantastic quick and efficient service and free delivery in ROI. Only reason for 4 stars is that many of the tins of cat food I ordered were dented when they arrived. Not sure if it was shipping etc but over half of them were damaged.
