Friendly service and straightforward pickup although had to be directed to counter as was not clearly marked or obvious walking in.

The price was OK, even better with the 10% click n collect code. It was ready for collection pretty soon afterwards, though I didn't pick it up for 24 hours as I missed the closing time on the day. Staff were helpful, as usual, and the guy very kindly carried the 20kg bag to my car as I was feeling a bit decrepit.

Online order from 7am (just one item) not ready for collection at 4.30pm, manager unhelpful, keep me waiting another 20 mins as ‘order needs to be processed’. I saw ordered item on the shelf, asked if I could have this and go, answer was ‘no’. My first and last dealings with Petmania.
