I go to the website regularly to review stock availability and place orders. Very easy site to maneuver within. This last visit I had to be contacted about the delivery date for the balance of the parts that were not currently in stock. The e-mail response with that information was impressively expedient and the text conversation with CS was informative and cordial.

The product is always good. The issue I have is that when I placed my order in May 2021, the order qualified for the additional 5% quantity discount, but when I received the final backordered item in September 2021, the discount had been removed. Items were on backorder through no fault of mine, and I did not cancel any items, so I feel the discount should have been honored, or I should have at least been notified of the change and given the opportunity to keep the items on order or not.
