Good customer service

The first order I placed for 1,000 5/8" snap rings went well. The website worked nicely and shipping costs were reasonable. The 2nd order I placed for 500 5/8" full circle retainer rings went fine too. However, the last time I tried to order 1,800 full circle retainer rings (RS-062 I believe) The website experience was terrible and the estimated shipping cost was outrageous. Therefore, I had to order them elsewhere. I would prefer to do business with G.L. Huyett, but until the website and shipping issues are fixed, I'll have to buy my retainer rings somewhere else.

Their sales staff are always helpful and provide good information.

Website was easy to navigate. It was easy to change quantities and the end of the order, without losing your place and having to start over. Order confirmation, shipping and delivery was fast. Everything ordered was correct and the quantities were the right count.
