Excellent product at a fair price

I was looking for some extra large thick snap rings to go on a 1981 International backhoe ,obsolete! G.L Huyett not only carries snap rings they have a manual that describes in detail all styles of retainer rings . They included dimension nessesary to get a good fit . I thought I needed several 1 1/2 inch and 2 inch rings .No one in this area carries anything that big plus I needed extra thick . By using the manual as a reference I was able to match the 1 1/2 " rings ,but when I measured ,I found a better match for the 2 inch rings ,1 15/16 extra thick was a perfect match ! If you don't have the tools to install ,they have them too. Back to digging on the farm

A large company geared toward large companies. They say they want to cover the spectrum from small to large customers. The only way that happens is if the small guy pays additional fees and freight. Which gets wasted on sending pins that would fit in a bubble envelope in a shoebox size package. I will avoid using them again AT ALL COSTS!

Great experience. Would be truly excellent without the $10 “small-order fee” on top of shipping. I understand that small orders are relatively expensive for you, but it’s an old concept that modern picking efficiencies should help eliminate.

The Invoice did not show the Country of Origin and caused grieve for our Customs broker. We emailed you requested the Country of Origin using your website form and NO ONE responded. Furthermore, the form was NOT compatible with a Canadian user and was difficult to get the message thru as it wanted an American ZIP code. Clearly you do not want to deal with Canadian customers.
