The product quality was good and about what you would expect, the website, customer service, and speed of service were below average to average at best. The website does not give accurate and timely information about your order, the customer service response is timely enough if you email them but the information given is a bit ambiguous, and finally, the speed of service/delivery are poor. My small order of grease zerks took approximately 3.5 - 4 weeks to process, ship, and be delivered, I find this to be unacceptable in this day in age, especially if you are still going to charge for shipping and add at $10 "small order" fee, basically a free $10 for the company. I probably will not purchase from this company again unless left with no other alternative.

Had the exact roll pin that I needed, BUT, the added small order and freight charge blew the $6.00part invoice up to $27.82. Be advised ahead of time that the monster lurks.

Great place to order all the odds and ends for prototyping

Items listed as in-stock when placing order, but unfortunately when order is filled then items shown to be back ordered. It does NO GOOD to say items are stocked then once you place the order you are told NOT IN-STOCK !
