They were helpful and it was v successful). Bedlam has been the problem. Before the event - I had to chase 3/4 times and still did not receive any location directions or details. Some guests arrived late because the venue was not easy to find - satnav dropped you nearby. Bedlam told the venue the wrong booking time. We all had to stand in the cold (January) while the venue prepared the equipment. This also meant that the event over-ran (more standing round in the cold). At the venue, I found that the mark-up charged by Bedlam was £120! I'd paid £300 but if I had gone direct it would have been only £180. All that mark-up and zero service. After the event I had to make three phone calls and send 3/4 emails before I received a response to my complaint. That was an unsatisfactory response. I'd requested a refund. I tried a follow-up email asking again: no response. Verdict - Bedlam add no value, take the mark-up and make your life difficult. Suggest you try to find direct contact details for any venue you wish to book.

My first time I did it I was so nervous, by the staff were amazing and explained everything to me. If you have never done it this is the company I would choose every time! I Highly recommend them, they made sure my first time wasn’t my last.
