The day was supposed to be a day of team building with work colleagues, itinerary wasn't what I was told when booking. Was very disappointment £160 out of pocket and complaint wasn't even acknowledged! Terms & conditions were not emailed to myself prior to booking as stated in below reply. You didn't even acknowledge the complaint. At no point was I told whilst paying that it was non-refundable! It was £160 as I paid £10 on groupon deal and paid £150 over the phone. Then on arrival myself and 14 colleagues paid at least £40 each! On booking and via email this was supposed to be all day. It lasted about an hour an a half.

United Kingdom | 09 May 2017Waste of time booking through bedlam. When we arrived at the event we were not expected, as Bedlam never sent the booking through. It is also advisable not to purchase any extra paintballs through bedlam, as you can usually purchase them far cheaper at the actual event where you are paint balling. I can not see any advantages booking through bedlam, in future I will book direct with the paintball company I want to use, to save complications and save money.

United Kingdom | 09 May 2017Awful customer care from staff member who lied about what was included and from the supposed owner who seriously needs to do some training in basic customer care. Paid for a full day, party of 13 and they ran out of paintballs by 12! Equipment old too. Avoid. Trust me..,There are much better ones out there 😉
