Belgium | 27 December 2019After my experience with this company I can only conclude that these are thieves and scammers. I placed an order at the end of September and immediately paid for a product that, according to the website, I had to wait 2 to 5 days for. I then received an e-mail stating that the product still had to come from China, but that the factory had just been closed for a week. If this was a problem I could cancel the order and my money would be refunded. I reported that it was fine for me to wait a while. Then I had to contact the company myself to find out about my order. They responded to my first mail, but no longer to the 3rd or 4th email that followed. I called a few times, the last time they canceled the order and told me they would refund the money. We are now more than a month later and the money is still not in my account, and they no longer respond to my emails. If you still want to take the risk, then pay with Paypal, but I really doubt whether this company actually exists.
