Sebastian was very helpful in sorting out 2 queries that I had. He kept me informed on what he was doing and clarified everything with me before making any changes. A bit of a wait for the initial response (15mins or so) but got everything resolved

I spoke to Henry about getting some numbers assigned to users and he was extremely helpful and got it all sorted for me. He even sent me instructions on how to do it going forward. Fab service.
