La entrega fue rápida y ágil pagando el adicional de 20 euros. No cumplieron en enviarme la factura de la compra para poder pasar por el tax free y que hagan la devolución de los impuestos. Perdí como 44 euros por no haber cumplido con el envío del ticket. Esto me perjudicó considerablemente. Me gustaría saber como se podría hacer para que me devuelvan la pérdida que he tenido por incumplimiento de uds. El pedido del ticket hasta lo hice por email.
